Hello

I'm looking for someone to fix my Samsung tv. It takes like 1 minute to see anything on the screen, and when it does, I see those vertical lines. They are there until i turn off and then on again and it will take more than a minute this time to warm up. Seems like power supply. I Googled it and people are saying it might be capacitors.
