Being in the excavating and grading business since 1987 and being an owner
operator,there is not much that I haven't done.
You wanted to do the job yourself to save money, so you call the rental stores and
find out you have to operate it yourself,how hard is it to operate? it's not hard at all
if you do it for a living, just don't hit anything,some may even call it fun.
The rental stores advertise a machine for $185.00 per day,this is true for the small
machines that just doesn't cut it,than you find the extras...delivery,taxes,fuel,
material forks,bucket with teeth are all extras, and also don't forget the damage
waiver (on the machine,not your house) which all adds up to $500-$600. for the day.

Don't take chances,hire me and my equipment, save your piece of mind and money
elsewhere.
If you require excavating for a rear addition, sewer line, water line, water proofing, underpinning,driveway removal,
front porches,cantinas,basement walkouts,grading,machine demolishing,trenching,
armour stone etc......what I can do in a minimum charge of 3 hours ($400.00)
may take you a day or more.
Many people call and say they have lots of room to get in for access,just a quick
note,a 5 or 6 foot machine will not fit through a 3 foot gate,this is where you're back
to the rental store for the $185.00 small machine.
