I am subletting this spacious, beautiful apartment on the 3rd floor of a small, historic building, for just $495 per week or $1595 per month for one *non-smoking, quiet* person. The apt is clean and well-furnished with a newer, top quality, double-sized mattress from Sleep Country, and Ikea and Umbra furnishings.
Fully- equipped kitchen (with regular sized fridge) and a 4 piece bathroom are separate from the living room/bedroom.
Just a five minute walk from the Lawrence subway, right on busy, exciting Yonge St., within walking distance to Starbucks, Sunnybrook Hospital, Second Cup, and some of Toronto's best restaurants, and a 20 minute subway ride from downtown Toronto (ie. Bloor St.). And, it’s beside one of Toronto’s longest and most beautiful parks (with tennis court, jogging and biking trails, and streams included!).
While I can only rent to one person at a time, it's perfect for a medical student interning at Sunnybrook or someone here for contract work, looking for somewhere to live permanently, or someone who just needs a place a few days a week.
I'm looking for a clean, very quiet, respectful person who is a non-smoker, and likes a country atmosphere in the city. This zen-like space is especially suited those who enjoy a meditative, sunny, cheerful place to live in the heart of uptown Toronto. Yoga mat supplied for at-home yoga or studios nearby!
Washer and dryer are in basement.
