This is a 3 bedroom & two washroom apartment around 1200 square feet in size and has a balcony facing north. It is on the 19th floor in a centrally air-conditioned condominium building. The apartment is fully furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom and one single bed in each of the two small bedrooms. Extra mattresses can be provided on request. Living room has sofa and chairs, 40 inch LCD TV, DVD player. Dining area has a dining table with four dining chairs. Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, refrigerator and dish washer. There are pots, pan, dishes, plates, bowls and cutlery in the kitchen. You can cook your own food. Bed sheets, quilts, towels are provided. You need to do your own clean-up in the apartment, kitchen & washroom.  Cleaning supplies such as detergents, brooms, vacuum cleaner are provided.

No other material or services are provided except what is listed in the above section.

Square One shopping center (Walmart, Sears, Bay, Zellers and many other stores), Central library, YMCA, grocery stores, Central bus terminal, family doctor, dentist, pharmacy.
