We are currently looking to purchase the right piece of cottage property that fits our needs.

-must be in Muskoka, Kawarthas, Haliburton Kingston or Bruce North

-within 3 hrs of Toronto

-must have own waterfront & clean fishable lake

-min 2 bedroom

-stone fireplace

-preferably a modern updated cottage

-privacy...on a scale of 1-5 ..at least 2

-full electrical and plumbing

-non leased land

-within 30 mins of a small town

-would prefer turn-key

-doesnt have to be furnished

-private sale
