My husband and I are looking to rent a legal 1 or 2 bedroom basement or apartment in a building by June 1st. I am expecting my first child in May. We would prefer a place with very little noise coming through the ceiling(quiet)... utilities included but not necessary.. we would like a decent size bedroom with a spacious living room and kitchen.. we would also prefer somewhere that is newly renovated or just as good(no peeling paint or anything like that) we are willing to pay $650-700 a month.. we also prefer a quiet area with a lot of stores not too far.. Dixie & peter robertson area is good or somewhere close to the brampton hospital..
