I am looking for my biological father and family. My grandfather, Julius Kovàcs was a tile setter, my grandmother, Szerena Kovàcs a bookkeeper/ accountant. My father, William Kovàcs, known as Bill, was a truck driver/mechanic at some point. He has at least one sister that I know of, Emese Kovàcs. They lived on 90th Avenue, Chomedey-Laval, Quebec area and also Outremont Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, Park-X area in the 1960's. Julius, Szerena and Bill moved to Kennedey Road, ScarbouroughWest-Toronto, Ontario in the early 1970's. I am told that some of them may have gone back to Hungary at some point and may have passed away except for William (Bill) who may still be in the Toronto area. My mother's older sister told me that before leaving for Scarborough, Ontario in early 1970's, they came to see me and that Szeréna told my mother, Maureen, that she wanted to be able to see her granddaughter (me). My mother panicked and moved just days after their visiting me leaving no trace behind for them to find. She feared they might try to get custody of me. I would like to give my father Bill, and the rest of my family the chance that my mother did not give them in getting to know me and letting me be a part of their lives if they wish. I have a place in my heart full of unconditional love for them all. I also provided childhood pictures of me which clearly show the family resemblancce. I live a good life and have turned out very well. I have a career in the insurance industry for 24 years already. I have only one child, a daughter, which I named Serena after my grandmother. I wish to reunite with any of my family members still living and discover the ones I do not yet know of yet if they wish. At the very least, I would like to know of my family history and some photos of them to cherish and pass on to my daughter one day.
