About us:
The Hamilton Jeet Kune Do training group has been in existence for over 10 years and is the only place in Hamilton to train in Authentic JKD as developed by Bruce Lee.  Hamilton JKD has 3 instructors with over 40 years of combined JKD experience between them.

Classes are Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 8 to 9:30pm.  Interested visitors are welcome, no appointment necessary!
 
What is Jeet Kune Do?
Jeet Kune Do (JKD) is the combative Martial Art developed by the late Bruce Lee. Not only was Bruce Lee an action movie icon, but also a genuine combative genius. JKD is often referred to as "scientific streetfighting", and relies on three important ideals: Directness, Simplicity, and Non-Classical. Bruce Lee made sure that only the most effective and efficient techniques, tactics and philosophies were employed in the development of Jeet Kune Do. JKD is primarily comprised of Wing Chun Gung Fu, Western Boxing, and Fencing Theory.
