The piping kit is meant for older Civics or Integras with D or B series engines.  Piping covers from throttle body, to behind the headlight to FMIC, then FMIC around towards the turbo. 
Kit is designed to accomodate different/custom turbo set ups, so piping from turbo to the lower FMIC piping is not in kit.  (This will make sense if you have a rotated turbo, or custom manifold.
Almost a complete kit.
