More Details:

There are no annual or on-going maintenance fees with the Timeshare; the purchase fee covers the ownership of the package for the entire 25 years.

The timeshare includes 175 nights at any Temptation, Sea Adventure Resort, or any RCI property (see links below). If you book an All Inclusive RCI property from the last minute availabilities (120 days or less) then it's $399 per couple, plus the cost of flight. You get unlimited access as well; it does not take up any of the 175 nights.

The reason why I am looking to sell it so soon after purchasing is because I need the money due to family/personal issues; it has nothing to do with not wanting to keep the Timeshare.
