P.S. This lens has an aperture ring so if you wanted to get clever and remount to a M42 and adapt it to any dslr, it would make an excellent 200 macro lens (in manual and stop down). I did this to a Yashica 100 dental lens for my Sony (but electronic aperture so only 2 f stops...f4 and f22).
 
Canon FD extension tube set 1x20, 2x10, 1x5 $50 obo
Canon mount Tokina RMC 2x converter (i believe it is 7 element) $25 obo
 
Vivitar 283 flash with filter mount, diffusion filters and bracket $30 obo
